Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a young theatre company. Between 2014 and the year 2019, she was the artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. The producer was also and costume designer, as well as music director and composer for SSC when she was its Artistic Director. Although she usually led from within the acting ensemble in her final year she started her journey as a director (and lighting designer) with SSC's King Lear. They have two daughters. Post's performance as an mother, wife, and actress provides a fantastic example for Hollywood.
